1 cup freshly brewed black coffee (hot or iced)
Juice of half a fresh lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
Optional: dash of cinnamon or honey for flavor
How to Make
Brew one cup of plain black coffee using your favorite method (filter, espresso, or instant).
Squeeze half a lemon into the coffee while it’s still hot (or over ice if you prefer cold).
Stir well and drink slowly in the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals.
