Cheesy Potato Rounds

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Prepare Potatoes: Slice the potatoes into 1 cm thick rounds.

Garlic Butter Mix: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, and chopped garlic.

Brush Potatoes: Arrange the potato slices on the baking tray. Brush both sides with the garlic butter mix. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

First Bake: Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, flip the slices, then bake another 10 minutes until golden.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle grated cheese and parmesan over each slice. Return to the oven for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
