Lightly crush the bay leaves to release their oils.
Place them in a clean glass jar.
Pour in the oil until the leaves are fully submerged.
Seal the jar and let it sit in a warm, dark place for 2 weeks.
Shake gently once a day.
After 2 weeks, strain the oil and transfer it into a dark glass bottle.
How to Use:
Apply a small amount to affected areas.
Massage gently using circular motions from bottom to top for 5–10 minutes.
Use daily, preferably in the evening.
