Banana, Red Onion & Turmeric Blend for Joint and Knee Pain

1 ripe banana

1 small red onion

1 tablespoon turmeric powder

Optional: a pinch of black pepper

How to Make:
Prepare the Onion: Peel and finely chop the red onion. Use a food processor if you prefer a smoother texture.

Mash the Banana: In a bowl, mash the banana until creamy.

Combine: Mix the mashed banana, chopped onion, turmeric powder, and black pepper (if using). Stir well until evenly blended.

Serve: Eat directly, or blend with water or orange juice to make a smoothie.
