Vanilla Flavored Pancakes

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and olive oil until smooth.

In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, whisking until a smooth batter forms. Let rest for 5–10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter.

Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and cook for 1–2 minutes per side or until golden brown and bubbly.

Repeat with remaining batter.
