5 medium potatoes (≈800 g), peeled and cubed

Cold water, for boiling

1 can (≈150 g drained) canned tuna in oil or water, drained

1 small onion, finely diced

1 medium carrot, grated

1 bunch spring onions (about 4 stalks), thinly sliced

150 g hard cheese (cheddar or mozzarella), grated

4 tbsp (≈30 g) all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting

Salt and pepper, to taste
