Topical Use – Potato Poultice:
Wash and grate the raw potato (do not peel).
Place the grated potato into a clean cloth or gauze.
Apply directly to the painful or swollen area (e.g., knee, back, wrist).
Leave on for 30–40 minutes.
Remove and rinse with warm water.
Repeat 1–2 times daily for relief.
Optional: Chill grated potato in the fridge for 10 minutes for added cooling.
Internal Use – Potato Water:
Slice the unpeeled potato.
Soak slices in a glass of water overnight.
Drink the water in the morning on an empty stomach.
