In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix; lumps are fine.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
Pour about ΒΌ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining batter. Add more butter to the skillet as needed.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
