Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Cook the Sausage: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the sausage slices on both sides for 4–5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the Shrimp: In the same skillet, cook shrimp with a pinch of salt and pepper until pink and cooked through, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Steam the Broccoli: Add broccoli to the skillet and sauté 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add a splash of water if needed.
Combine Everything: Return sausage and shrimp to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and cook for 2–3 more minutes until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
Serve: Spoon over rice or quinoa. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
