Sugar-Free Oat Apple Carrot Bake – Naturally Sweet and Nourishing

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a small baking dish.

Blend the oats into coarse flour and mix with baking powder and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and stir in milk.

Add grated carrot, grated apple, chopped apricots, and raisins.

Mix in the dry oat mixture until combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and firm.

Let it cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm or cold!
