1 cup warm milk (almond, coconut, or dairy)
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder
A pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
How to Make:
Warm the milk in a small saucepan (do not boil).
Stir in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
Let simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in honey (if using), and serve warm.
