Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small oven-safe dish or cast-iron skillet.
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Add vanilla extract and mix well.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with mini marshmallows, covering the surface completely.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden and chocolate is bubbling.
Remove from oven and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
Serve warm with graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit.
