Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Combine the ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until well blended.
Shape the mixture into 6–8 small, flat cutlets and place them in the baking dish.
Optional: For a crispier top, brush with a bit of oil or top with breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cutlets are golden and cooked through.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
