Prepare the dough:
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, butter (softened), and salt until a crumbly dough forms. Shape into a flat disk.
Cook the base:
Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat. Press the dough into the bottom of the pan. Cook covered for about 5–7 minutes until golden. Carefully flip and cook the other side for 2–3 more minutes.
Make the cream:
In a saucepan, whisk the sour cream, eggs, sugar, starch, and vanilla sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the butter.
