Quick Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream (Just Milk!)

Beat Eggs and Sugar – In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until pale and fluffy.

Heat the Milk – In a saucepan, warm the milk until hot but not boiling.

Temper the Eggs – Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture while whisking constantly.

Cook the Mixture – Return to the pan and cook on low heat, stirring until it thickens slightly (do not boil).

Add Vanilla – Stir in the vanilla and let the mixture cool.

Freeze – Pour into a container and freeze. Stir every 30 minutes for the first 2–3 hours to break ice crystals for a smoother texture.
