Orange Peel & Ginger Detox Tea – Don’t Toss Those Peels!

Peel of 1 organic orange (preferably dried or fresh)

1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger (sliced) or 1 tsp dried ginger

2 cups (500 ml) water

1 tsp honey (optional)

1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

How to Make:
Rinse and roughly chop the orange peel.

Add the peels and sliced ginger to a saucepan with water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Strain into a mug.

Add honey or lemon juice if desired. Enjoy warm!
