Preheat your pan or oven to 180°C (350°F) if baking.
In a bowl, combine the grated carrot and apples.
Stir in the ground oats and water until a thick batter forms.
Optional: Add cinnamon, ginger, or nuts/raisins for extra taste.
Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan or lined baking tin.
Cook on low heat with a lid (about 15–20 minutes on each side in a skillet) or bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and firm.
Let it cool slightly before slicing.
