In a large pot, combine the chopped lemons, ginger, crushed black pepper, and cloves.
Add 2 liters of clean water.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Let the herbal tea cool until lukewarm.
Strain into a glass bottle or jar.
How to Use
Drink 1 glass on an empty stomach in the morning, preferably 1 hour before lunch.
