For tea:
Boil 1 cup of water and pour over 5–6 fresh mint leaves.
Let steep for 5–10 minutes.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey and drink warm.
For cold infusion:
Soak 10 mint leaves in a bottle of water (1 liter).
Add a teaspoon of honey and mix.
Let sit for at least 2 hours in the fridge before drinking.
