Prepare the gelatin: In a pot, add 1.5 liters of water and the 25 g mango-flavored gelatin powder. Bring to a boil. Once it boils, remove from heat and pour into a mold to set. Let it cool and firm up.
Slice the mangoes: Peel and cube the ripe mangoes.
Cube the jelly: Once the gelatin is set, cut it into small cubes.
Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mango cubes, cooked sago, jelly cubes, and nata de coco.
Add the cream mix: Pour in the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and all-purpose cream (if using). Mix well.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or add ice cubes to serve immediately.
