Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a small round or square cake pan.
Beat eggs and salt in a bowl until slightly foamy.
Add sugar and whisk until the mixture becomes pale and thick.
Mix in yogurt, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
Sift in flour and baking powder, then fold gently until combined.
Pour batter into the pan, spread evenly.
Arrange strawberries on top, gently pressing them into the batter.
Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool before serving, dust with powdered sugar if desired.
