In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, egg, yogurt, breadcrumbs, garlic, and spices. Mix until everything is well combined.
With wet hands, form small patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until golden and fully cooked through.
Remove from heat and let them rest briefly before serving.
