This hearty, rustic pasta dish comes straight from the countryside traditions—ground meat mixed with fresh herbs, rolled into flavorful meatballs, and simmered in a savory tomato-based sauce. It's simple, filling, and loved by every generation.

Ingredients
🔸 For the Meatballs:
400 g ground meat (half pork, half beef)

1 tsp salt (approx. 6 g)

1/3 tsp black pepper (approx. 1 g)

1 egg (size M)

2 tbsp breadcrumbs (approx. 15 g)

1/2 tsp paprika powder

1/2 tsp dried garlic

1/2 tsp ground coriander

Fresh dill and parsley (to taste)

1 onion, finely chopped

1/2 carrot, grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

250 g canned diced tomatoes

1 tbsp tomato paste (optional for extra richness)

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste
