Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Open the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
Spread a thin layer of mustard over each triangle.
Place a sausage on the wide end of the triangle and roll it toward the point.
Place each roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve hot with extra mustard or dipping sauce.
