Gluten-Free Lentil Cheese Bread (No Yeast, No Sugar)

Soak the Lentils: Rinse and soak the lentils in water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain well.

Blend the Batter: Add soaked lentils to a blender with eggs, yogurt, salt, and garlic. Blend until smooth.

Add Mix-ins: Pour mixture into a bowl. Stir in grated Parmesan, parsley, and baking powder.

Prepare the Pan: Grease or line a small loaf or round baking pan with parchment paper.

Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool & Slice: Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy warm or room temperature.
