1 liter (4 cups) of water
1–2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger
Juice of 1 lemon (optional for extra flavor and fat-burning boost)
1 teaspoon of raw honey (optional, if not on a sugar-restricted diet)
How to Make
Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
Add the grated ginger and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Strain into a jar or bottle.
Add lemon juice and honey (optional).
Store in the fridge and drink throughout the day.
