Fresh ginger root (2–3 cm piece)
Optional: honey, lemon, cinnamon, or turmeric
How to Make:
Peel and slice the fresh ginger.
Boil 2 cups of water and add the ginger slices.
Let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain, add lemon or honey if desired, and drink warm.
