How to Make
Wash the lemons well and dry them completely.
Place whole lemons in a freezer-safe bag or container.
Freeze for at least 6–8 hours or overnight.
When ready to use, grate the whole lemon—peel and all—using a fine grater or zester.
Sprinkle the grated lemon over salads, yogurt, soups, teas, or desserts.
