Ingredients
2 cups mashed potatoes (fresh or leftover)
1 egg
2 tbsp all-purpose flour (or more, if needed)
½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped herbs (parsley, chives)
Oil for shallow frying
