DIY Rosemary Oil: A Natural Remedy for Hair, Skin, and Mind

Wash the rosemary sprigs and let them dry completely to prevent mold.

Lightly crush the rosemary with a mortar and pestle or rolling pin to release the oils.

Fill your jar halfway with the rosemary and pour in the carrier oil until the jar is nearly full, covering the herb entirely.

Seal the jar tightly and place it on a sunny windowsill for 2–3 weeks.

Shake the jar gently every two days to encourage infusion.

After the infusion period, strain the oil into a clean bottle and discard the rosemary.
