Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or prepare your air fryer.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, mix the cornflour, Seven Colours seasoning, chili flakes, mixed herbs, paprika, garlic salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken wings and olive oil to the bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or in the air fryer basket.
Bake or air fry for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
