Creamy Beef Stroganoff with Mushrooms

Heat oil or butter in a skillet. Add sliced beef and sear until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté onions until soft, then add mushrooms. Cook until golden and tender.

Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well for 1–2 minutes.

Slowly pour in beef broth while stirring to avoid lumps. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.

Add sour cream and mustard, stir until smooth.

Return beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and simmer gently for 5–7 minutes until the meat is tender and the sauce is creamy.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
