Cheesy Potato Mozzarella Balls

Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl until smooth.

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and grated cheese. Mix well.

Scoop a spoonful of the mixture, flatten it, place a piece of mozzarella inside, and shape into a ball.

Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Fry the balls until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
