Basil Zucchini & Tomato Stew – A Flavorful Family Delight

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil with a pinch of salt.

Add the sliced zucchini and tomatoes. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15–20 minutes.

Add the chopped spinach and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in olive oil and fresh basil.

Adjust salt to taste.

Serve warm as a light main or a hearty side.
