Ingredients
For the Cake:

2 apples (1 diced, 1 sliced thinly)

1 tbsp sugar (to mix with the apples)

2 eggs

8 g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar

120 g (0.6 cup) granulated sugar

100 ml (½ cup) vegetable oil

130 ml (½ cup) warm milk

280 g (1¾ cups) all-purpose flour

16 g (2 tsp) baking powder

50 g raisins

For the Topping:

1 egg yolk

2 tbsp milk

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
