1 sheet of puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional: Powdered sugar or caramel drizzle for serving
How to Make:
1️⃣ In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant. Let it cool slightly.
2️⃣ Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4–6 squares or rectangles.
3️⃣ Spoon some apple mixture onto half of each square. Fold over and seal the edges with a fork.
4️⃣ Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
5️⃣ Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
6️⃣ Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with caramel if desired.
