Peel the kiwis and chop them into chunks.
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let cool.
Add the kiwi chunks and lemon juice to the cooled syrup and blend until smooth using a blender or food processor.
Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container.
Freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes with a fork to break up ice crystals, until smooth and sorbet-like.
