Warm Morning Bliss: Baked Oatmeal with Banana, Apple & Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish or use parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then add milk, mashed banana, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Stir in oats, chopped apple, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.

Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
