Dab a small amount of Vicks on exposed skin (behind ears, on ankles, wrists) to repel mosquitoes when outdoors.

Place open containers or cotton balls with Vicks in corners, under sinks, behind appliances, or near entryways.
Ants and roaches avoid strong scents like menthol and camphor.
Against Rodents:
Place Vicks on cotton balls and leave them near suspected rodent pathways. The strong odor disrupts their scent trail and discourages nesting.
For Gnats:
Mix a teaspoon of Vicks with a tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar and leave it open near plants or fruit bowls.
