1. Daily Ginger-Apple Tea
Ingredients:
1 inch fresh ginger
1 apple (organic if possible)
1 liter water
Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
Method:
Slice the ginger and apple thinly. Add to a pot of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm. Add honey if desired.
2. Ginger-Apple Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 apple, cored and chopped
½ inch fresh ginger
1 cup water or almond milk
Ice cubes (optional)
