In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch (if using).
Coat the halloumi cubes in the flour mixture until fully covered.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Fry the halloumi cubes for 2–3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from heat and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle chili flakes on top.
Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
