One-Pan Stuffed Pepper Casserole with Beef and Garlic

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large oven-safe skillet or pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir in diced bell peppers, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add diced tomatoes and cooked rice. Mix well to combine.

Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
