Ingredients:
For the Roll-Ups:

2 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil, divided

3 bell peppers (mixed colors), thinly sliced

1 large yellow onion, sliced into strips

2–3 green onions, green parts only, sliced

Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

1 lb (450 g) thin-sliced flank steak or sirloin, pounded flat

For the Fajita Seasoning:

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp black pepper
