Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Steak Bites:
Season steak with salt and pepper.
In a hot skillet, melt butter and sear steak cubes for 2–3 minutes until browned on the outside but still tender inside. Remove from pan and set aside.
Prepare the Cream Sauce:
In the same skillet, add a bit more butter if needed.
Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the cream, add Italian seasoning, and stir in Parmesan. Simmer until thick and creamy.
Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated.
Plate and Serve:
Serve the creamy pasta topped with steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
