Fragrant Spiced Chicken Stew – Comfort in Every Bite

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add jeera and let it sizzle for a few seconds.

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in garlic, ginger, dhania, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and saucy.

Add chicken pieces and brown them on all sides.

Season with salt and pepper, then add water or broth.

Cover and simmer for 25–30 minutes until chicken is tender and sauce is rich.

Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
