Fat-Burning Lemon, Ginger & Cinnamon Detox Drink

1 lemon (freshly squeezed)

1-inch piece fresh ginger (sliced or grated)

1 cinnamon stick (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon)

2 cups water

Optional: 1 tsp honey (for a touch of sweetness)

How to Make
Boil Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.

Add Ginger & Cinnamon: Add sliced ginger and cinnamon stick (or powder). Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add Lemon: Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in the fresh lemon juice.

Sweeten (Optional): Add honey if desired, stir well.

Strain & Serve: Strain into a cup. Enjoy warm or chilled over ice.
