Ever-Fresh Pickled Garlic: No Canning, All Flavor

Sterilize Jars: Wash your glass jars with hot soapy water and rinse well. Dry completely.

Prepare Brine: In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, sugar, and spices. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 minutes.

Add Garlic: Place peeled garlic cloves into jars.

Pour Brine: Carefully pour hot brine over garlic until fully submerged.

Seal and Cool: Close jars tightly and let them cool to room temperature.

Refrigerate: Store in the fridge. Wait at least 5–7 days before using to let flavors develop.
