1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1½ cups (375 ml) water
Optional: slice of lemon or a few mint leaves
How to Make:
Add cumin seeds to the water in a small pot.
Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Drink warm, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
