Prepare the Coating:
In three separate bowls, place flour (mixed with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder), beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
Coat the Chicken:
Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip into egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Set aside.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the tenders for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden and fully cooked. Drain on paper towels.
Make the Sauce:
In a small saucepan, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Optional: Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
Coat and Serve:
Toss the cooked chicken tenders in the warm honey garlic sauce or drizzle it on top.
