Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or oil.
Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, beaten egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.
Shape and Set:
Press the mixture into the loaf pan evenly and smooth the top.
Make the Cranberry Glaze:
In a small bowl, stir together the cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar.
Bake:
Spread half the glaze over the meatloaf. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Finish:
Remove from oven, brush with the remaining glaze, and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
